Payments are due 15th of every month.  Mail payment to PO Box 703, Black Hawk, SD 57718 or sign up for our automated payment program.  More information on automated payments below.

Current Rates:
Minimum Rate Water: $28.00 (3000 Gallons)Increasing to $31.50 June 2025 billing cycle
Usage Charge:  $2.50/1000 gallons after 3000 gallons
Assn Fee:  $6.00

Services (includes garbage $18 and sewer $72): $90.00

Services (includes garbage $21 and sewer $77): $98.00 Increasing to $98.00 June 2025 billing cycle

You will still receive your water bill each month, but you do not have to send payment.  Your payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account on or around the 1st of every month.  Sign-up form link below.

Pay my bill using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, E-check, PayPal, Venmo or Amazon Pay any day of the month!
You will be redirected to the Paymentus website to complete your credit card transaction.
Note: Maximum Amount per payment is $350.00. Multiple payments can be made.
